Elwood Law is a boutique Wellington firm established in 2010 that advises across a broad range of procurement and commercial deals, with significant contract drafting and negotiation experience. Elwood Law has served on the Government’s panel of external legal service providers since 2011, most recently as part of the Interwoven Law consortium, and it helped create the Guide to New Zealand Government Contracting – a practical resource on contracting for and with New Zealand government organisations. The firm is also a Gateway Reviewer, having peer reviewed over 20 of New Zealand’s major government projects and programmes to assist successful delivery.
