Sarah Saunderson-Warner - Experienced Criminal Barrister in Dunedin

Sarah Saunderson-Warner operates as an experienced criminal barrister specialising in serious crime matters. Her practice encompasses a wide range of criminal cases, with regular appearances in the District Court, High Court, and Court of Appeal. In recent years, her practice has been particularly notable for conducting multiple homicide trials throughout the South Island.

The firm accepts Legal Aid assignments for PAL 3 and 4 cases where the maximum penalty is 10 years or more, whilst also handling private cases of all levels of seriousness.
